Change of Mind Purchases:
At AutoMegaStore, we want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied, you may return the product to us within 30 days of the date of purchase.
You will be responsible for the shipping costs for a change-of-mind return, irrespective of any free, discounted, or any other type of shipping promotion that may have been applicable at the time of your order.
This includes any costs incurred for shipping the product to you initially, as well as the cost of shipping the product back to us, using your own carrier.
Products returned for change-of-mind reasons must be in 'as-new' condition, and the packaging must be in ‘as-new,’ saleable, original condition, with no rips, tears, or tape on it – including all accessories and documentation. You cannot have used, assembled, modified, damaged, washed, or laundered the item.
Email us with your name, order number, and images of the intended returned product, and our Customer Care team will arrange authorisation for the return.
Defective or Faulty Items:
AutoMegaStore offers a 365-day warranty on all our products which covers all manufacturing faults or defects, 365 days from date of purchase. We will either credit, replace, or refund the item.
Email us with your name, order number, and images/video clearly showing the defective/faulty product, and contact us at sales@automegastore.com.au within 365 days of receipt of your delivery. Our Customer Care team will assess the claim. Once assessed, a refund may be issued or a replacement will be arranged, and we will cover the return shipping costs.
In some instances, we may request the item(s) to be returned, but we will cover the shipping costs.

Incorrectly Sent or Damaged in Transit Items:
Email us with your name, order number, and images/video showing the incorrect or damaged product, at sales@automegastore.com.au within 48 hours of receiving your delivery. Our Customer Care team will assess the claim. Once assessed, a refund may be issued or a replacement will be arranged, and we will cover the return shipping costs.
In some instances, we may request the item(s) to be returned, but we will cover the return shipping costs.
Special Order, Clearance Lines or Custom-Made Items:
These are not eligible for return unless defective, faulty or not as described.
Exclusions:
Products that have been used, modified, or damaged by the customer are not eligible for return.
Refund Method:
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. If that's not possible, a store credit or exchange will be offered.
AutoMegaStore reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return policy conditions and retains the right to amend the returns policy at any time without prior notice.
