Warranty
AutoMegaStore offers a 365-day warranty on all our products, within 365 days from purchase date and will either credit, replace, or refund the faulty or defective product.
The warranty covers all manufacturing faults and defects.
It does not cover wear and tear, or damage caused by misuse, accident, or failure to follow instructions. Please note any modifications made to the product will void the warranty.
Manufacturer’s Warranty
Manfacturers often have their own warranties, and we therefore offer in line with this, their warranty and are governed by the requests, terms & warranty policies of the said company.
Such brands may include Narva, Projecta, Jamec Pem, Tadeflame, Raptor, Speco, Bigboi etc.
We will always honour extended warranties if offered by these companies.
Manufacturers warranties also do not cover wear and tear or damage or if the product has been subject to misuse, alterations, neglect, negligence, damage or accident.
- Has been improperly maintained, operated or installed
- Has not been installed in accordance with the installation instructions in effect at the time of installation or as recommended to be installed by suitably qualified personnel
- Has not been installed in accordance with the vehicle, engine or equipment manufacturers’ recommendations
- Has had insufficient or excessive electrical supply or subject to undue environmental conditions
- Has been fitted to any vehicle that has been changed or modified from original specification in a way that could impact on the performance of the warranted product
Please note: NARVA does warranty does not cover replacement of any used consumable items (i.e. bulbs or lenses).
Please note: For all BIGBOI warranties please contact them direct and submit your claim via the Support Portal on the Bigboi website.
Your Consumer Guarantee Rights
In addition to the AutoMegaStore warranty set out above, you may have other rights as our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. We will work collaboratively with you to find a solution that meets your rights under the Australian Consumer Law and/or this Warranty.
