Minimum of two coats are recommended for light to moderate abrasion resistance. Three or more coats are required for commercial use. Bullyliner can be built to any thickness by simply applying multiple coats.

Depending on weather conditions, Bullyliners standard full curing time is 72 hours from application. longer full cure time can be expected in temperatures below 10„ƒ. Bullyliner cross-linking chemical curing process is accelerated by UV light exposure.

Automotive

Bullyliner is easily applied by either brush, roller or Bullyliner spray gun. Applications are endless, from car styling, to complete vehicle application. Bullyliner provides a great environmentally friendly alternative to two-pack epoxys and hazardous products on the market.

With Bullyliner, re-application at any stage is simple¦. Just clean the surface and re-apply by brush, roller, or spray, its that easy!

Commercial

Bullyliner provides Commercial Vehicles, Trucks, Mining Equipment, and other Industrial Equipment with the ultimate rugged surface protection from Rust, Dents and Corrosion. At anytime, anywhere Bullyliner can be re-applied to maintain a protective rubberized sound damping coating for all Commercial Equipment.

Unlike 2 pack systems, Bullyliner is water based, non-toxic and very easy to apply, Bullyliner can be built up to any thickness, simply apply multiple coats at anytime over the years.
