Kit Contents:

Caliper Cleaner 311g x1: Effectively cleans surfaces before painting, ensuring optimal adhesion.
Caliper Paint 236mL x1: Provides a high-gloss or matte finish, depending on the colour selected.
Application Brush x1: For precise application of the paint.
Paint Stir Stick x1: Ensures even mixing of the paint.
Masking Tape ¾” x 20ft (19.05mm x 6.096m) x1: Protects surrounding areas from overspray.

The Dupli-Color Brake Caliper Paint Kit offers high-temperature resistance, withstanding temperatures up to 500°F (260°C), making it perfect for brake components. Its durable finish is crafted from a ceramic-resin formula that resists chipping, brake dust, and automotive chemicals, ensuring long-lasting protection. With a customizable look, you can choose from red, silver, gloss black, or matte black to match your vehicle’s style. The kit is designed for easy application, allowing you to clean and paint 4 calipers in just 6 simple steps, whether the calipers are removed or still on the vehicle. This versatile kit is ideal for brake calipers, rotors, and drums, delivering both a professional finish and long-lasting protection.

Application Directions:

Remove Wheels: Take off all four wheels from your vehicle. Calipers and drums do not need to be removed, but for best results, unbolt the caliper and remove brake pads without disconnecting the brake line.
Clean Surfaces: Clean the calipers or drums. Scrub with a clean toothbrush or equivalent and wipe dry with a clean towel.
Mask Off Areas: Protect surrounding areas from overspray by masking off the brake bleeder screw, brake lines, and caliper piston boots.
Prepare Paint: Stir the paint thoroughly for 1 minute with the enclosed stir stick.
Apply Paint: Use the application brush to apply thin, even coats of paint to the calipers or drums. Allow the paint to set for 12-20 minutes between coats. Apply additional coats as needed for full coverage.
Cure Time: Allow the paint to dry for 2 hours before reinstalling wheels. Wait 24 hours before using the vehicle to ensure the paint is fully cured.
