This coating is resistant to chipping, brake dust, and automotive chemicals, making it an excellent choice for customizing brake calipers. Formulated with ceramic resins, this high-gloss coating ensures long-lasting protection and a high-quality finish.

High-Temperature Resistance: Withstands temperatures up to 500°F (260°C).
Extensive Coverage: Covers approximately 12-14 square feet per can.
Versatile Application: Ideal for brake calipers, rotors, drums, and springs.

Application Directions:

Prep: Prepare the surface by removing loose paint, dirt, rust, wax, and grease using a quality grease and wax remover. Lightly sand the surface with 320-grit sandpaper for maximum adhesion. Wipe down the surface again with grease and wax remover, then let it dry. Mask off surrounding areas to protect from overspray. Use at temperatures between 60°F (15°C) and 85°F (29°C) and when humidity is less than 60%. Do not apply paint in direct sunlight.

Shake: Shake the can vigorously for one full minute after the mixing ball moves freely. Shake the can for 10 seconds after each minute of use.

Apply: Hold the can 8-10 inches from the surface and spray in an even, sweeping motion. Apply 2 light coats followed by 1 medium wet coat. Allow 10 minutes between coats. If additional coats are needed after 1 hour, wait 7 days for the paint to cure before applying more. The paint dries to the touch in 1 hour and can be handled in 3 hours.

Additional Information:

Formulated with ceramic resins to provide a customized enhancement to calipers, rotors, drums, and springs.
The EZ Touch Nozzle requires 50% less finger fatigue than a standard nozzle and allows for greater coverage and less overspray.
After each use, invert the can and spray until clear gas comes out. If the spray button becomes clogged, wear eye protection and clean the orifice with lacquer thinner. DO NOT stick pins or wire into the can opening. Discard the empty can in trash pick-up.
