How to use:

Press and hold the release button to lower the handle.
Wrap the strap around the load and connect the S-hooks to anchor points.
Release the button, lift the handle upright, and ratchet the strap until secure.
Ensure at least two full wraps around the reel for proper tension.
Lock the handle in position. To release, press the button and close the handle completely.
